- Manually cut with a knife and vacuum packed in packages of approximately 100 grams, with their respective bones and cubes. (the number of packages will depend on the size of the piece). the performance of the palette pieces is 40% of their weight approx.

The 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder comes from 100% Iberian pigs, raised in semi-freedom in pastures, which were fed with acorns during the montanera months.
Healing period oscillated between 30 and 36 months. Elongated and stylized piece, its cut presents a cherry color, with an intense and prolonged flavor in which the quality of the product is reflected.
