This shoulder comes from the Iberian pig raised in semi-freedom for which they acquire a fine cane and have a diet based on cereals, fruits and wild herbs from the pasture.

You can buy it as:
- Whole piece
- Boneless (clean and packaged piece without bone in a single block or in several if the client requests it) with their respective bones.
- Manually cut with a knife and vacuum packed in packages of approximately 100 grams, with their respective bones and cubes. (the number of packages will depend on the size of the piece). the performance of the palette pieces is 40% of their weight approx.
