- Boneless (clean and packaged piece without bone in a single block or in several if the client requests it) with their respective bones.
- Cut manually with a knife and vacuum packed in packages of approximately 100 grams, with their respective bones and cubes. (the number of packages will depend on the size of the piece). the yield of the pieces of ham is approximately 50% of their weight
Healing period oscillated between 24 and 32 months.
– Ingredients: Pork ham, salt, sugar, preservatives (E-250. E-252), and acidity regulator E-331iii.
