Morcón is a traditional sausage from Our Sierra de Aracena. It is made with specially selected meat from the Iberian pig in large caliber casings so that the final slice of the product has a very attractive appearance. This presence together with the final sensory quality means that this product has a special public that considers it one of the best products from the Iberian pig.
