At Patatas Fritas Perdi we select the best quality potatoes, peeled and brushed by hand to remove impurities and flavors that are not typical of our potato chips.
After their characteristic cut, we pass them through our fryer where they are immersed in a mixture of sunflower and olive oil to achieve their usual crunchy texture. Of course, the entire frying process is still done by hand, controlling the optimum golden point characteristic of Perdi Potato Chips that makes them different.
The final touch is given by the salt, made by hand, with sea salt, as always, to achieve the flavor that characterizes us and makes us unmistakable. In addition, Perdi Potato Chips do not contain gluten, excellent news for celiacs.
