1.- Bank transfer

2.- Credit card / Iupay

For orders outside Spain, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

All our products are sent through a transport company specializing in food products. The shipment includes an insurance of the merchandise that guarantees the delivery in optimal conditions.

For orders over € 250 with destination Spain and Portugal (peninsula), shipping costs are free, for the rest of cases the amount of transport depends on the weight and destination. They are automatically calculated in the shopping cart, after entering the delivery address.


La Trastienda de Jabugo works for you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore provides you with various methods to make the return in the event that this does not happen. If opening any of our products is not in optimal condition please contact us within a maximum period of 60 days from the day of delivery, and we will return the product. For legs of ham and shoulders, the refund will be made on the weight of the product that has not been consumed.

* No changes or refunds are made after this period has elapsed. There are also no returns of pieces that have 30% consumed.

If you have not received the order and want to cancel or modify it:

1.- If your order has left our warehouse and, not having any incidence on our own, you do not want your order, La Trastienda de Jabugo may demand compensation for the shipping costs incurred both on and off .

2.- If your order has not begun to be processed, you will only have to inform us of its modification or cancellation and it will not have any cost for you.

Damage and damage
