Morcón is a traditional sausage from Our Sierra de Aracena. It is made with specially selected meat from the acorn-fed Iberian pig in large caliber casings so that the final slice of the product has a very attractive presence. This presence together with the final sensory quality means that this product has a special audience that considers it one of the best products from the Iberian pig.
– Ingredients: Iberian pork, salt, garlic, paprika, spices, dextrin, lactic ferments, glucose syrup, vegetable proteins, starch, dextrose and vegetable fibers. E-450 and E-451 stabilizers, E-301 and E-330 antioxidants E-252 preservative and E-120 coloring Natural pork casing.
