Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, granulated tomato (0.4% min), stabilizers: calcium chloride, rennet, oregano (0.02%), thyme (0.01%), lactic ferments and preservative: lysozyme (contains egg). Inedible rind.
Nutritional values per 100gr: energy value: 1699 kj/410kcal. Fats 35.0g, of which saturated 24.6g, carbohydrates, 0.7g, of which sugars <0.5g, proteins, 22.6g and salt 2.35g.
