Cosierra acorn-fed Iberian salchichón or chorizo candles.
Made with meat from Iberian pigs fed on acorns during the montanera, spiced with paprika, garlic and spices, with the difference from the cular because they are stuffed in smaller caliber casing. Thus making its curing process shorter and its texture juicy and tender.
Pieces of approximately 200gr.

Ingredients: lean Iberian pork and belly, common salt, paprika, soy protein, milk protein, milk powder, sugars, spices, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i, E-451i), antioxidant (E-316), preservatives (E-252, E-250), coloring (E-120).
