The Andrade Orange Wine is made with grapes from the Zalema grapes, a variety of grapes native to the Condado region and unique in the world. It appears mentioned in the book by Juan Ramón Jiménez, Platero y yo, and since then it has been considered a unique and completely singular wine.
It is a slightly bitter sweet fortified wine perfect both for appetizers and desserts. Its lightness and sweetness make it the ideal companion for pure cheeses and chocolates. You can also drink it neat, served very cold, in a balloon glass. If you are a gourmet, do not forget to try this wonderful wine and enjoy one of the great pleasures of the South of Spain.
