LEMON WINE

Sweet wine obtained from a selection of Muscat d'Alexandrie and Zalema grapes collected in late harvests to obtain a high degree of sweetness, where the alcohol added to alcoholize the must has been previously macerated with dehydrated lemon peels, a unique mixture of different varieties of Eureka, Verna and Fino Lemon that give it very unique citrus notes.

Subsequently, the wine with an alcohol content of up to 15º is aged in American oak barrels for a period of 4 to 6 months, in order to round out and refine the added alcohol.
This type of wine is unique in the world, being a derivative of the Orange Wine of the Condado de Huelva that has an exclusive Designation of Origin, the DO Orange Wine of the Condado de Huelva, where the maceration of the orange peels is replaced. for the lemon.
This wine was born as a tribute from the winery to the long career of the two foremen of the cooperative, the year of their retirement. Hence the name Experience, which plays with the totally different experience of drinking a lemon wine and the experience accumulated in more than 40 years of dedication to our winery by its foremen.
