Ingredients:pasteurized sheep's milk, 3% min truffle pate (65% mushrooms (agricus bispora), sunflower oil, 10% (boletus edulis and relative group), 8% black truffle, salt, pepper, parsley, truffle aroma and garlic, stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferments: lysozyme.

Nutritional values ​​per 100gr: energy value: 1710 kj/413 kcal. Fats: 35.5g, of which saturated: 24.6g. Carbohydrates: <0.5g, of which sugars: <0.5g, proteins, 23.2g and salt 2.10g.
