BOMBA Cured Ham – pieces weighing approximately 7.5 to 8 kg. Sourced from pigs raised under intensive farming conditions and fed a diet of cereals and legumes (wheat, corn, barley, fava beans, etc.).
Available as a whole piece, boneless, or hand-sliced and vacuum-packed in portions of approximately 100 grams.

- Whole piece
- Deboned (trimmed and vacuum-packed as a single block—or multiple pieces, if requested by the customer)—includes the corresponding bones.
- Hand-carved with a knife and vacuum-packed in portions of approximately 100 grams; includes the corresponding bones and small diced pieces (the number of packages will depend on the size of the piece). The yield of a ham piece is approximately 50% of its total weight.
