Ham from Iberian pigs fed in the *montanera based on chestnuts, wild herbs and mainly ACORNS.
*The montanera is the last phase of the breeding of the Iberian pig, in which they are fed with acorns in the field. This time of year depends on several factors, but it is normally between the months of October and March, thus coinciding with the ripening period of the acorns of Encinas and Alcornoques.
