You can buy it as:

- Whole piece

- Boneless (clean and packaged piece without bone in a single block or in several if the client requests it) with their respective bones.

- Manually cut with a knife and vacuum packed in packages of approximately 100 grams, with their respective bones and cubes. (the number of packages will depend on the size of the piece). the performance of the palette pieces is 40% of their weight approx.

The 50% Ibérico acorn-fed shoulder comes from pigs raised in semi-freedom in the pasture, which were fed with acorns during the montanera months.
Healing period oscillated between 24 and 32 months. Elongated and stylized piece, its cut presents a cherry color, with an intense and prolonged flavor in which the quality of the product is reflected.
