The cheese is wrapped in protective white ham gauze and is packaged in a corrugated cardboard box characteristic for its green colour.

Dehesa Dos Hermanas cheese is made on the farm itself in an artisanal way with raw milk, rennet and salt. We select the milk from the end of the lactation period of our Lacaune sheep, to carry out a traditional manufacturing process of rennet, cutting and pressing. Subsequently, the pressed cheese goes through a brine bath and then to the maturation and refining chamber, where it will remain for a long period of time, with the care of our master cheese maker. During this period, it will be turned and oiled frequently, until a product with the characteristic texture and flavor of a Dehesa Dos Hermanas cheese is obtained.
