It is made in the traditional way from the selection of our best acorn-fed Iberian loins, seasoned with a fine dressing of sea salt, paprika from La Vera, garlic and oregano. Leaving them to macerate for several days before being stuffed manually. Thus we obtain a piece with a smooth and exceptional flavor. It is vacuum packed when properly cured, so that it reaches the consumer in ideal conditions for consumption.
