Sausage made with fat-fed pork loin, raised in freedom and fed on cereals. The pieces are cured for between 80 and 90 days in natural dryers in the Sierra de Huelva.

pork loins, seasoned with a fine dressing of sea salt, paprika from la vera, garlic and oregano. Leaving them to macerate for several days before being stuffed manually. Thus we obtain a piece with a smooth and exceptional flavor.
– Ingredients: Pork loin, salt, garlic, paprika, oregano, sugar, antioxidant (E-301) and preservatives (E-252 E-250) and acidity corrector (E-331 iii)
